Please take some time to read this page as B&B reservation and cancellation policies are typically much more restrictive than Hotels.

Due to their very high charges for small businesses, we can no longer accept American Express.

Cancellations

MORE than 14 days prior to arrival date — FULL REFUND
14 days or less prior to arrival date — NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
72 hours prior to arrival date — FULL COST
No Shows — FULL COST

Early departures are liable for the cost of the entire stay.

Policy Continued
The price of one night's lodging, paid seven days in advance, will guarantee your reservation.

Certain times of the year and some special events will require a minimum nights stay.

Cash, travelers checks, VISA, M/C, and Discover are accepted.

No pets please.

King William Manor is not suitable for guests under the age of 10.

Check-in 3 to 9 p.m. Check-out 11:00 a.m. Luggage drop off by arrangement.

For the comfort of our guests, all indoor spaces, decks, and porches are non-smoking areas.
